30-day cooling-off timeline

1. Day 0 · Request submitted

   When you request deletion in the app, you are signed out immediately and the cooling-off period begins.

2. Day 0–30 · Can be withdrawn

   Signing in again within the 30-day cooling-off period withdraws the deletion request.

3. Day 30 · Cooling-off ends

   The deletion queue is locked and can no longer be withdrawn. Batch cleanup begins.

4. Day 30–45 · Permanent deletion

   Account data, subscription status, credit history, and synced creative assets are deleted. Database backups expire with the primary data within their normal rotation (up to 30 days). Compliance records (tax documents, risk-control logs) are destroyed or anonymized once their legal retention period ends.

Deleted after the cooling-off period

• Account data (email, display name, linked third-party accounts)
• Subscription status and credit balance (unused credits are forfeited and not refunded)
• Creative assets you synced (characters, World Info, Personas, presets)
• Fields in anonymous in-app analytics and crash logs that can be linked to your account

What we can't or won't delete

• Local device data: unsynced chats and packs stay on your phone / browser. Use “Settings → Data → Export all” before deleting.
• Apple / Google receipts: subscription receipts are held by the store and handled under Apple / Google rules.
• Model provider data: prompts you sent to official models or Custom API endpoints are deleted according to each provider's policy.
• Legally required records: tax documents, payment reconciliation, and records tied to valid legal requests are kept for the minimum legal period, then destroyed or anonymized.
• Serious abuse flags: hashed abuse markers are kept only as needed to prevent the same entity from re-registering.
